Watchful - original painting

Watchful is an original mixed media paiting with acrylic, ink and collage elements on wood cradled board.  The painting is finished with an encaustisc medium (beeswax with resin). The image is continued along the sides and can be hung as is. 

10"x10" 

The tower in the image is part of a 19th century Coast Guard life saving station that has been restored on the North Carolina Outer Banks.
